other وضعیت سالمندی جمعیت در ایران و الزامات سیاستی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> توجه به سیاستگذاری مناسب بر اساس خصوصیات جمعیتی، بهداشتی و اجتماعی-اقتصادی سالمندان در ایران برای داشتن یک سالمندی موفق ضروری است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارائه نمایی از وضعیت موجود سالمندان و الزامات سیاستگذاری در ایران می باشد.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;<strong>روش شناسی:</strong> روش مطالعه حاضر تحلیل ثانویه و از نوع توصیفی می باشد. در این مطالعه از داده های سرشماری مرکز آمار ایران در سال 1395 در راستای بررسی وضعیت موجود و مشکلات جمعیت سالمندان در ایران استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل سالمندان 60&nbsp; ساله و بیشتر است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بررسی خصوصیات جمعیتی سالمندان ایرانی نشان داد که در ترکیب سنی سالمندان، با افزایش سالمندان کهنسال، و در ترکیب جنسی با افزایش زنان سالمند به خصوص در روستاها، رو به رو هستیم. بررسی وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی سالمندان نشان دهنده نرخ سواد پایین سالمندان ایرانی(46.4 درصد) به خصوص در میان زنان سالمند روستایی (10 درصد) است. این تفاوت جنسیتی در زناشویی نیز قابل مشاهده است که وضعیت بدون همسر در میان زنان نزدیک به دو برابر مردان است. همچنین در بحث اقتصادی حدود 25 درصد سالمندان زیر خط فقر هستند. در موضوع سلامت جسمی و روانشناختی، نکات قابل توجه فاصله بین امید زندگی سالم و امید زندگی بدوتولد و بیماری قلبی عروقی به عنوان عامل اصلی مرگ و میر است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp; با توجه به رویکرد سالمندی موفق نیاز است، در ماتریس سیاستگذاری مهم ترین چالش های مطرح شده در ابعاد سلامت جسمانی-روانی و اجتماعی-اقتصادی در سه سطح فردی، خانواده و جامعه در نظر گرفته شود. </span></span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> It is necessary to pay attention to appropriate policy-making based on demographic, health and socio-economic characteristics of older adults in Iran to have a successful aging. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the current situation of the older adults and its policy implication in Iran.<br> &nbsp;<strong>Methodology:</strong> The method of the present study is a secondary and descriptive data analysis. In this study, the census data of the Statistics Center of Iran in 2016 have been used in order to investigate the current situation and challenges of the older adults in Iran. The statistical population includes the older adults aged 60 years and older.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Investigating the demographic characteristics of the Iranian older adults showed that in terms of age composition, we are facing an increase in the oldest-old, and in terms of sex composition we are dealing with an increase in older women, especially in rural areas. The study of socio-economic status of the elderly shows the low literacy rate of Iranian older adults (46.4%), especially among rural older women (10%). This gender difference can also be seen in marital status, where unmarried women are almost twice than their counterpart. Also in the economic matter, about 25 percent of the older adults are below the poverty line.
